The only difference is that the making of a cylinder is not required for digital printing.

Quality & Warranty

Do you have a warranty on your products?

Yes, we do.

 

DJM Packaging offers a one-year warranty on the products reckoned from the date of shipment, if there are functional quality problems during the warranty period. The buyer is obliged to cooperate with DJM Packaging to investigate, test, analyze, destroy or return the defective products.

Why don't you display your product pricing on your website?

Since all our products are customised to the needs of our clients, and each individual client has different packaging needs, prices would vary.

 

Every iteration of any given product would affect the price, including, among others: packaging style, size/dimension, color, type of materials, printing method, finishing, shipping choice, etc.

Don't hesitate to reach out to us for a custom quote!

Production & Shipment

What is your turn-around time from production to shipment?

The normal lead time from order placement to manufacturing to ready for shipping would be:

 

Digital printing option: 7-14 business days

Plate printing option: 20-25 business days

 

Then add the shipping time to it per your choice of shipping method.

Ordering

What is the process for ordering?

As soon as you submit your inquiry, we shall prepare a comprehensive custom quote for your requirements. When you are ready to move forward with your order, you can let us know and we will send over an invoice for 50% of the total order.

 

After you have paid the order deposit, we will start the manufacturing process. The 50% balance invoice shall be sent over to you for payment when the items have completely been manufactured and ready for shipment to you.
